We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Secretary.
As a Secretary, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and assisting with various tasks.

Duties:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department - Greeting visitors and providing them with assistance - Performing general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Providing personal assistant support to executives as needed - Handling front desk reception duties - Managing incoming and outgoing mail
Experience:
